The driver went to 100 Main Street instead of 1001 Main Street but within 10 minutes he was at my house. I was at the aiport so early that I ended up taking an earlier flight.

The driver was such a nice man and I truly appreciated that he engaged in conversation with my grandson as well with me. Our driver was great - everything about the ride to our destination went smoothly.

Because of flight delays (bad weather in Atlanta), we missed one of our flights. Because we were in the air and did not know the second flight had been missed - we were told our flight would most likely still be there because everything was backed up in Atlanta, we were unable to call and cancel that first pickup until we arrived in Atlanta - about an hour before our scheduled pickup time in Boston. Thus, we lost our $61.00 fee. THAT stung, as we had booked with Axis to save money over taking a taxi. As it turns out, the taxi would have been less expensive! Next time, we will most likely go the taxi route, only because we are wiser about what can happen with missed flights.

This was NOT your company's fault and we were aware of the policy...just unable to call in this particular situation. In fact, it probably proves that the ride we get to take after we finally arrived was a good experience, because we weren't feeling just really positive at that point (tired, dirty & hungry)!

It went smooth. It was great when my driver offered me a drink from his alcohol flask....he said it was Rum, but it tasted like Wiskey, also the Playboys in the back seat were a nice touch......of course I'm just kidding, the driver up on 7/18/09 & the driver back on 7/23/09 were true gentlemen & polite.
