You keep sending me discount coupons for $4.00 off of my next reservation. Yet, I have made two reservations and you wouldn't let me use these discounts. This is not right and definitely not what you call "high standards." I don't know why you send them to me if I can't use them. Every time I email and ask about them, I get one of those ridiculous non-personal emamils back that says my email will be answered within four hours but none of them have been answered and it's been days. You need to become more professional when dealing with your customers or you will lose the.

Cactus Shuttle was excellent! Our flight was an hour late and they were in contact with us immediately by phone when we finally landed. The driver was waiting for us and helped us with our bags and the trip to our home was a breeze. I would highly recommend Cactus Shuttle to anyone and would definitely use them again.
