My daughter (adult) was scheduled to arrive home at 9:30pm on a week night and we just weren't up to the almost four hour round trip from Columbia to Charlotte and discovered this shuttle service was available at a reasonable price and decided to book it. Her flight arrived in Charlotte 90 minutes late due to bad weather and then she had to sit on the runway another hour or so before they were able to dock and exit the plane. The driver waited patiently for her and one other fellow passenger from another flight. She didn't get home until after 2:30am, which made me even more glad that it wasn't me waiting all that time! I am so thankful and appreciative of the friendly service that was provided and will definitely use you again if the need arises. Thank you for providing this much needed service!! The driver who made this trip on 7/28/09 should be commended for his professionalism.
