The vehicle was dificult to get into.

The vehicle was parked too far from the exit door of the airport

The van provided was unacceptable; it sounded like it was going to fall apart and the ride was very uncomfortable and noisy. The driver was a little late but made it to destination in plenty of time. I will be using another company in the future… the $5buck savings was not worth the ride.

I had to remind driver he needed to head north 101, not south, to the next pick-up. Also,there was no need to pick me up first, then go out of the way to pick up the second stop. Familiarize yourselves w/the area! I went on-line and was douped into the reservation w/your company, not Super Shuttle. I tried calling to cancel, since your cxl policy is 24 hrs, but the office was closed and I knew the following morning would place me at 22 hours.

I called 2x to be picked up...but i must note my flight was delayed due to an emergency rerouted landing. It's to bad flight tracked is not used as I cannot power up my cell on a plane to call and notify you that we would be late. But after 20 min and 2 phone calls you arrived to pick my up. No one knew what van I should be watching for, so there was no way for me to look for the van. I feel that the pick up was confusing due to this fact.

PS> My seat belt was broken and unusable, the inside of the van dirty. :(

The driver was kind.
