Served for New York, NY (LGA)The driver never showed up and when we called to find out why the person who answered the phone was very very rude and of no help at all. I did request and did receive a refund of my deposit... I appreciate that.

Served for New York, NY (JFK)You confirmed my reservation and the van never showed up. It was a huge, stressful hassle and I almost missed my flight. The company that was supposed to be supplying the van that you work with was extremely rude. I will never encourage anyone to use this service.

Served for New York, NY (JFK)The driver was fine--although there was a flood on the road and we were delayed for about an hour. However, when we arrived at the airport, he wanted to charge more than the agreed upon price, and refused to acknowledge the receipt I had printed from the internet. When he called the office, i asked to speak with the dispatcher, who was rude and offensive and who began screamed hysterically. I ended up paying about $5.00 more than the agreed upon price in order to end an unproductive interaction (I was late for the plane). All in all, this was a very unprofessional end to what had been a good service, and I will not use this company again. I suggest some costumer service training for the employees of this company.

Served for New York, NY (JFK)I had used ridefly service before, but this driver went off the wrong road following his GPS, and he did not even get off the car to help me off load my luggage when arriving at the airport. With this type of service I Should not have even giving him a tip!

Served for New York, NY (JFK)There was a mistake regarding the scehduled time to pick me up at the hotel: I scheduled for 5:30pm (and I had the printed reservation confirming that) and the driver was informed that the scheduled time was 5pm. Had I not called you 15 minutes before 5:30pm just to confirm the reservation, the driver would have left until 5:30pm, because he was there since 5pm. Besides that, the driver did not have change for a $100 bill, and got angry that I did not have the exact amount in cash to pay for the ride. That was extremely regrettable.
