When we got to JFK,we had to wait for 45 mts because the driver -Mr Singh- was supposedly at the wrong terminal.Then on the way to the hotel he told us we had to pay him like $40 (we had already paid $100 for a round trip), and only when we called you he changed his mind.Still,we gave him $10 for the toll+gratuity.
The way back to JFK was okay, with another driver,but only because I had called to confirm the pickup time that morning,to discover you had it 3 1/2 hours wrong.If I hadn't called, I would have missed the plane and the money.

When picked up at the airport we only waited 1-2 minutes and the pick up at the hotel to return was on time. Both vehicles served our purpose and it was very convenient.

I was a bit nervous as the low tire pressure light was on. Otherwise the driver was very good and very pleasant.

The first person I called to let them know I was at the airport ready for pick-up I had a very difficult time hearing her. She said I was breaking up but I had very good phone service. I don't think her headset was on correctly.

The driver arrived 10 minutes early and gave us a call to inform us he was at the pick-up site. He was polite and helped us with our many pieces of luggage. He drove safely and got us to the airport on time. In the future we will use RideFly again and will recommend this transportation to both famil and friends. Thank you,

The driver was very hard to understand. His accent was very heavy.

the driver was 10 min late, and i considered he didn't take the best route to the airport at all, staying in the traffic jam, talking on the phone
