Served for New York, NY (LGA)The driver kept insisting that I owed $33. I told him over and over again that I had paid in advance $39 and showed him the e-mail proof. He then said the $33 was for tax. I told him no. Finally he said I owed only tip and toll. I hope that is accurate as I gave him $14 for toll and tip.

Served for New York, NY (JFK)I used your services for two trips to and from the airport. The first trip was perfect and exactly as expected in every way. The second however was a different story! Unfortunately we were running late, we phoned you to say we were on the way. After getting into vehicle driver stated there would be an additional charge for our tardiness. I accepted that fact but told him I had explicitly asked if there were any additional fees I should know in advance or any fine print when I made the reservation and was given none so I asked him to please convey that to people in the future in advance because I wish I had known that in advance and he continued to argue with me for no reason. Then he tells me we would need to pay the toll to which I was shocked because while I was aware that was required on the trip in there were no tolls, but he said he was taking a diff route and there were tolls due to traffic. Our trip was on a Sunday and it was the LEAST amount of traffic I have ever seen in NYC!!! Not to mention when I inquired about tolls when I made reservation I was told there should be none based on the path we would take.
Being forthright and accurate with your customers in the future should be of utmost importance. I will most likely find another service for my next NYC trip.

Served for New York, NY (JFK)ridefly once again refusing to respond to there mistake & not booking the airport transfer & leaving us stranded at the airport having to find our own way to manhattan. Even though they take your money there is no guarantee they will have booked you the transport, even when you have proof from them & your credit card company they bury there head in the sand. All i have had back is an automated response claiming they will try to respond in 4 hours

1. The lady I spoke with with I arrived said, "Go to the second island and wait." Never having been there before, I confirmed..."so it will be obvious...I walk through a first island and stop at a second one." She said that was correct. I went to the second island and waited and waited and waited. I called her back and said, I am at the second island. She said, yes..that is correct. My driver had been at the first island the whole time. He said that he had seen me when I crossed the first island but didn't speak since I was supposed to be at the 1st island. She also said that he would have a paper with my name and phone number on it in the front window...he did not.
2. I paid in advance for my service, and was sent the confirmation email. HOWEVER, the driver NOR the person on the phone with whom he made me speak, could find confirmation of my purchase. I paid again. Could you please double check and process a refund? (I paid him $40 plus a $10 tip. It wasn't his fault. He was pleasant and apologetic but needed his cash.)
