Served for San Francisco, CA (SFO)When I made my shuttle reservation, I was told to contact the BayPorter Shuttle dispatch office upon my arrival at the San Francisco International Airport. Unfortunately, when I made that call I learned that the phone number was disconnected. I had printed out my reservation and found there an alternate--and connected--phone number to use. The shuttle van was a bit difficult to find; it would have been helpful to have more clear directions to its exact location. When I needed to make a reservation with BayPorter for the trip from the hotel to the airport the phone number I was given by the front desk at the hotel was again incorrect/disconnected and the same wrong number I had the first time. I needed to do an internet search to find a working number which I found a bit frustrating and annoying. It was very easy to make the phone reservation but took some detective work to get to that point. Please consider getting the correct phone number listed so people can find you!

directions from the luggage pick up to the van pick up were clear. The driver was friendly and helpful.
