Driver was on the phone most of the ride, swerving a lot. Not a smooth ride.

Going to the airport was fine and he was running behind, but called me after he dropped me off to make sure I made it on time. the return from the airport was horrible. We had to wait about 30 min. there were 5 people and the driver had no clue where we were going and we had to direct him. Some of the people were not from Denver so had to tell him how to get to their drop off.

Will never, ever use this service again. Shuttle was cancelled without notifying me, leaving me stranded at the airport. Absolutley the worst customer service possible. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

My original reservation was confirmed for 7:30 a.m., but when I called the day before to reconfirm, I was told the pick up would be at 7:00 not 7:30. Since my flight was not until 10:30, I was not particularly pleased to have to leave so early and it turned out that I was the only passenger for that trip.

When I made the reservation on line, I gave directions to the house but apparently the information was not given to the driver because he called at 6:30 a.m. to say he could not find me. Why bother asking for information on line but not giving that info to the driver?

your website allowed me to book a shuttle that does not service my area!!! they had to call me and tell me that so that i could cancel the reservation! POOR PERFORMANCE!!

My scheduled pick-up was at 4:00p.m. I called three times before the driver arrived an hour and ten minutes late. I was told that there was no reservation in my name, yet I had a confirmation number. I was told the driver would pick me up at 4:40 after I called the first time. The next time I called the driver would be there in five to ten minutes. Needless to say, I made a total of three calls before the driver showed up at my destination. I waited outside in 48 degree weather. When the shuttle arrived the driver took my bag from me as I entered the van and proceeded to put the bag in the seat next to me which landed against my leg. I had to hold on to my bag and the seat in front of me as the driver made unsafe lane changes and sped around corners. I was not pleased at all by the customer service who told me I had no reservation and was not very helpful. I heard excuses when I needed answers to solve a problem. I will not be using this service for future plans and would urge others to avoid using this service as well.
