The driver from DIA did not know how to get to Castle Rock. He was eratic in speed and braking, was always looking around, had to put side window down to see sideview mirror. I thought he was afraid he might be stopped by the police. I was very uneasy with him as a driver and my security as well.

The driver back to DIA from CR was curtious, felt comfortable driving, carried on a pleasant conversation and I learned a lot about Russia I didn't know.

How different the two drivers were.

Pick up was supposed to be at 9:00. Driver got there just before 10:00. Gave my address day before on phone reservation--but driver called me and had to have me repeat it so that he could put it into his GPS!

You did not send a shuttle to pick me up. Because the pick-up time was earlier than you open there was no operator to take my call. I had to drive and park
at the airport which will cost me considerably more
than the shuttle was going to be. I will never recomend your service to anyone else or use you again.

Van is not very conducive to people who have long legs. Additionally, some people have difficulty crawling into the back (i.e., older people, those with back problems, overweight people) and that should be taken into consideration when having passengers load into the van (I am older, have back problems & have long legs, and I was asked to sit in the very back, which I declined and then had to wait for the next van).

Upon return to DIA the company had no record of my reservation. The first driver stated he needed my paperwork with my confirmation number on it, so upon my return I could not provide the confirmation number and had to purchase another fare. I work for the government and travel quite a bit. I will think twice before using your company again.

The driver never called or buzzed me.
He left and never took me to the airport.
It was a huge problem!

My driver came 15 minutes prior to my pick up time, and although I was the closest living to the airport, I was the first passenger to be picked up. This to me does not seem like the most logical route and required me to take an hour and 20 minute shuttle ride. I feel if the driver started at the furthers most location, it would have been more practical not only on my wait, but gas mileage as well. And although my driver was extremely polite and helpful, she drove like a bat out of hell!

Driver was on the phone most of the ride, swerving a lot. Not a smooth ride.

Going to the airport was fine and he was running behind, but called me after he dropped me off to make sure I made it on time. the return from the airport was horrible. We had to wait about 30 min. there were 5 people and the driver had no clue where we were going and we had to direct him. Some of the people were not from Denver so had to tell him how to get to their drop off.
