I arrived at the staging area earlier than my appointed time. The driver happened to still be there when I walked up taking earlier appointments and happily welcomed me aboard even though she was about to pull off.

The price was great, the vehicle was on time, the driver was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the ride was quick and comfortable. I will definitely recommend this service to others!

Blue Star Bus in Portland was excellent. However, your reservation site wasn't so great.

You allowed me to reserve a pickup for 8am. However, Blue Star Bus does not pick people up in downtown at your reservation time - they make rounds of the hotels at predesignated times. Luckily, I called to confirm my reservation the night before (at the suggestion of the bus driver when I arrived at my hotel), so I was ready when the bus came to pick me up at 7:40, not 8:00.

Co-ordinate your reservation times with the actual practices of operators in your network. I could have missed my flight if I'd come down to the lobby in time for my "reservation".
