Even though someone called us Thursday to confirm our 6:30 AM pickup, no one came at 6:30AM on Friday! We had call the taxi Co (Ace) who told us someone screwed up and entered the time in as 8:30AM. How can that happen when just the night before someone called to confirm a 6:30AM pickup? I will have to think twice before using your service again!

I was most displeased with your service. You charged my credit card but never forwarded the information to the car service. I, therefore, paid double for transportation.

I had a horrible experience with ridefly reservation. I had reserved for a luxury sedan. Instead, a shuttle van came. After explaining to the driver about this, he drove us to the airport and called in the office. Apparently there was a huge mess up and some rep in the office claimed my reservation was "cancelled" mysteriously by another caller while another rep couldn't figure out why a luxury sedan didn't come. In short, the people in the office were very rude and did not even bother appologizing for their mistakes. They even made it sound like they were doing me a favor to look into this matter. Ridiculous. I will NEVER book a ride this way again and will DEFINITELY make sure none of my friends will either.

Two drivers showed up early and fought over the fare, accusing the other of "stealing" it from one another.

The smell of smoke in the van was so strong it was nauseating.

The people in dispatch were very pleasant to work with and the drivers were both early, but you clearly have a problem with your drivers trying to get around dispatch and make money under the table.
