Checks are not accepted as payment, cash or credit card only. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Child car seats are not provided in our vehicles. If your child requires a car seat, you must bring one for the trip. Oversized or excessive luggage such as golf clubs, surfboards, skis or bicycles may incur additional charges, please call us for details. Quoted fares include tax, but do not include driver gratuity. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

Upon arrival to LAX, please claim your baggage first and then proceed to contact our reservation and dispatch center. You can call toll free from any pay phone 1-800-IARRIVE or 1-800-427-7483. The agent will direct you to your van.
Salt Lake City
Delta and SkyWest passengers will pick up their luggage in the baggage claim area of Terminal 2 and then check in at our desk by baggage carousel #8. Please look for the sign that says "XPRESS Shuttle".
All other airline passengers will pick up their luggage in the baggage claim area of Terminal 1 and then check in at our desk by baggage carousel #3. Again please look for the sign that says "XPRESS Shuttle".
Note: our check-in desks are inside the terminal. Please do not go outside to the curb.
San Diego
After claiming your luggage, call us at 800-900-7433 or use the Transportation Courtesy Phones outside of Baggage Claim and Dial #50. We will then direct you to a an XPRESS van.

After claiming your luggage, follow the signs to the Ground Transportation Sky Bridge. Proceed to the "Shuttle for Hire Island" and ask the Transportation Coordinator for XPRESS SHUTTLE.
TERMINAL 2
Aero México, American, America West, British Airways, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Northwest, Sun County, Hawaiian
Exit the Terminal 2 doors; cross the street using the cross walk to the "Shuttle for Hire Island" ask the Transportation Coordinator for XPRESS SHUTTLE.
COMMUTER TERMINAL
Alaska Commuter, American Eagle, Continental Connection, Delta Connection, Northwest Air Link, SkyWest, U.S. Air Express
Exit the Commuter Terminal doors, cross over to the "Shuttle Loading Island". Ask the Transportation Coordinator for XPRESS SHUTTLE.
Important Notes About XPRESS SHUTTLE Reservations
We encourage you to make advanced reservations from the airport as this will help us better serve you and expedite your travel. Due to airport security, traffic conditions and other travel variables your reservation does not mean there will be a van waiting for you at the curb.
When you have your luggage, please inform our staff that you are ready to go. Then you will be routed with other travelers going in your direction, and the next available van going to your area will be sent to pick you up.
The amount of time it takes to pick you up at the airport varies depending on traffic inside the airport, and how many people also going to your area are being picked up.
The uniqueness of SuperShuttle is that you get routed with others going to your part of the city, which means that everyone can have a more convenient trip, and benefit from our affordable prices.
The van will normally arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. If your pickup time is 10:00 am, the van will typically arrive between 10:00 am and 10:15 am. Please make sure that you are completely ready to go at your scheduled pickup time so that you will not keep other passengers waiting!
Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. If you have more than 2 checked bags and one carry-on, if your luggage exceeds 50 pounds, or if you will be carrying large objects such as surfboards or golf clubs, extra fees may be applicable.
