Welcome to The Airport Shuttle's shared ride reservation system. The only way to GO for economy, convenience and safety. Taking you door-to-door to more than 100 airports around the world.  Our secure on-line reservation system is accessible from anywhere in the world. GO vans can be reserved for one-way or roundtrip transportation at both departure and destination cities. We understand the stress of air travel, and our reliability and advance reservations reduce that pressure.

Inclusions:      

• A shared-ride is an economical transportation option that allows passengers heading in the same geographic direction to save money by traveling together.

• Fares vary from city to city. To determine your fare, fill out the pick-up and drop-off information on the reservation form. The fare will pop up.

• The Airport Shuttle vans carry 7 to 10 passengers.

• After you make your on-line reservation, you'll be asked if you want to register for the GO Airport Shuttle Preferred Rider program. By doing so, you will earn an automatic $250 in Travel Dollars and accumulate one Travel Dollar for every dollar you spend with GO in the future. These dollars can be redeemed for a variety of travel related expenses as well as gifts. As a Preferred Rider, you will also receive e-mail announcements about other travel information and free offers.

• We enjoy guaranteeing not more than 2 stops to our customers.

Airport Arrival Info:

There are 2 basic kinds of shuttle service. Share-ride and Multi-ride. We are Share-ride. From and to the airport, your pick-up time is based on your flight departure time; not our schedule. Again no multiple stop line runs. Our vans are big with lots of luggage space.

For Howard County* destinations, we will be parked on the inner curb at 2 locations:
1. Pier C (also known as Door 11 or Baggage Claim area 10)
2. Southwest baggage claim
*Includes such areas as Columbia, Clarksville, Elkridge, Ellicott City, Fulton, Highland, Laurel, Savage

For all other Maryland (& also, Virginia & Washington DC) destinations, crossover to the 2nd curb directly in front of your baggage claim area.

Our vans are dark blue with yellowing lettering that says "The Airport Shuttle" on its side. We're Changing Our Colors! The Airport Shuttle will now also be showing the GO colors shown on the van above.

Remember to look for 1-800-776-0323 on the side of the van.

Airport Arrival Cut-off time: 1:00 am

If your plane lands after 1:00am, look for the BWI Taxi cabs at BWI Airport and the Washington Flyer Taxi cabs at Dulles & Reagan National.
REMEMBER, we track your flight!
If your plane arrives by 1:00am; we will wait for you to get your bags up until 1:30am.

Important Notes About The Airport Shuttle Reservations

• Make a reservation as soon as you have your flight info.

• When you have your flight info, call 800-776-0323.

• Discounted reservations can be made on this site.

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club. You may charge on board the van and we may request a card to guarantee your reservation.

• Our vans are equipped with state of the art credit card machines. Just give your card to the driver to complete the payment transaction. The word "CASH" is a general term that we use for internal purposes, only.

Luggage

Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. If you have more than 2 checked bags and one carry-on, if your luggage exceeds 50 pounds, or if you will be carrying large objects such as surfboards or golf clubs, extra fees may be applicable. Car Seats and Pets

In many cities, children under 4 are not permitted aboard the van without a car seat. Also, different cities have different policies regarding pets. Please call (877) 716-2520 for special instructions for your city regarding car seats or transporting your pet on the van.
