Luggage must be limited to Four (4) large bags and two (2) carry on when traveling with 4 passengers. Infant car seats are the travelers’ responsibility.

From the Airport: Upon arrival, after luggage is collected, look for your driver outside the baggage claim area. Your driver will be holding a welcome sign with your name. Your driver will collect your voucher. There will be a phone number on the printed voucher if contact with local dispatch is needed.
To the Airport: Please be ready at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time. A Leros representative will call you the night before, if you have a morning departure or in the morning, if you have an afternoon or evening departure to re-confirm all the information.
Where do you meet the passenger at the airport?
On domestic flights the chauffeur will meet you in the baggage claim area with a sign with your last name on it. On international flights the chauffeur will meet you outside customs with a sign with your last name on it.
Do you monitor my flight? Do I have to call you if my flight is delayed?
Leros has a satellite tracking system that updates your flight arrival information every three minutes. If you flight is delayed, canceled or diverted we know about it.
Do you re-confirm my reservation?
Leros re-confirms all departures with the passenger. A Leros representative will call you the night before, if you have a morning departure or in the morning, if you have an afternoon or evening departure to re-confirm all the information.
How much General Liability Insurance do you carry per vehicle?
Every vehicle has at least $5,000,000 liability insurance.
If I made a reservation on-line can I change it over the phone?
Yes, any reservation made on-line can be changed over the phone.
Do you have mini, luxury and full size coaches?
Yes, Leros can provide you with an array of different motor coaches, from 22-passenger to 57 passenger coaches. Please ask one of our representatives for more information.
Can Leros provide transportation for large groups?
Yes, because of our large fleet of diverse vehicles, Leros is able to accommodate your transportation needs for any size group.
