Our shuttle service is by request or reservation. We provide share-ride service, which means there may be more than one passenger on board, if you choose to go privet and direct, there will be a rate increase. Only out of Los Angeles International we provide a direct ride to your destination. That means you and only you are in the van going to your destination. This way, with us you know you are the only one in our van.

We recommend that you call a day in advance to make a reservation. However, you may choose to call at the last minute but we won't guarantee you low fares. On a round trip service we offer a two-dollar discount on your return only. You may call to cancel your reservation in advance. Or if your flight has been delayed or canceled please call us and let us know, this way we can provide you a better service.

Please Note: Please bring your credit card or other form of payment with you on the van. Please call 1-800-896-8645 for earlier pick-ups. Car seats for children are not provided in the vehicles. If your child requires a car seat, please bring one for the trip. You may request a car seat ahead of time but there is a fee. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Please make sure that all your luggage's and carryon bags are placed inside the vehicle at all times. Any item whether it is a luggage or sunglasses must be removed from the vehicle, the driver will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items. If for any reason a luggage is misplaced or some how falls out from the vehicle because of a human error, GLENDALE AIRPORT VAN will only compensate $100. We are responsible for the bag and not for the content of the bag. Oversized or excessive luggage/golf clubs/bikes/surf boards have certain restrictions. Quoted Fares include tax but do not include gratuities. Checks are not accepted for payment. Cash or Credit only. When reserving service to the airport, please note the van may arrive up to 15 minutes later than the specified pickup time. However, please be ready to go at the specified pickup time.

Leaving the Airport

We encourage you to make advanced reservations from the airport as this will help us better serve you and expedite your travel. Due to airport security, traffic conditions and other travel variables your reservation does not mean there will be a van waiting for you at the curb.
When you have your luggage, please inform our staff that you are ready to go. Then you will be routed with other travelers going in your direction, and the next available van going to your area will be sent to pick you up.
The amount of time it takes to pick you up at the airport varies depending on traffic inside the airport, and how many people also going to your area are being picked up.
The uniqueness of SuperShuttle is that you get routed with others going to your part of the city, which means that everyone can have a more convenient trip, and benefit from our affordable prices.

Going to the Airport

The van will normally arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. If your pickup time is 10:00 am, the van will typically arrive between 10:00 am and 10:15 am. Please make sure that you are completely ready to go at your scheduled pickup time so that you will not keep other passengers waiting!

Luggage

Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. If you have more than 2 checked bags and one carry-on, if your luggage exceeds 50 pounds, or if you will be carrying large objects such as surfboards or golf clubs, extra fees may be applicable.
