From the Airport:  Upon arrival, after luggage is collected, look for your driver outside the customs area. Your driver will be holding a welcome sign with your name. Your driver will collect your voucher. There will be a phone number on the printed voucher if contact with local dispatch is needed.

To the Airport: Travelers must call ahead at least 24 hours to confirm pick-up. ExecuCar's 24 hour reservations phone line will be on your printed voucher. Your driver will collect your voucher upon pick up.

Can the driver meet me inside the airport when I arrive?

In all of the cities we operate with the exception of Phoenix, it does not cost extra to have an ExecuCar driver meet you inside the airport.

Where does the driver typically meet me at the airport?

For “meet and greet” service, the driver will meet you at baggage claim. For “will call” service, the driver will meet you outside the airport, curbside.

What if my flight is late when I am arriving?

Our sophisticated tracking system tells us when a flight is late, if you have reserved a sedan, it will not be dispatched until the flight arrives. There are no additional charges if your flight is delayed.

Is ExecuCar a shared ride service?

We are a private sedan service; you and your party will not share your ride with other passengers.

When I make a reservation online, why do I have to prepay?

Prepayment has become the industry standard for travel related reservations made online. Prepayment helps us reduce no-shows, reduce fraudulent reservations and keep costs down.
In addition, prepayment is a much easier and more convenient way for our guests to use our service. We recognize that the majority of our guests prefer to pay for travel expenses by credit card. Once you arrive at your destination, you simply sign for the ride instead of waiting for change or credit card approval.

Leaving the Airport

We encourage you to make advanced reservations from the airport as this will help us better serve you and expedite your travel. Due to airport security, traffic conditions and other travel variables your reservation does not mean there will be a van waiting for you at the curb.
When you have your luggage, please inform our staff that you are ready to go. Then you will be routed with other travelers going in your direction, and the next available van going to your area will be sent to pick you up.
The amount of time it takes to pick you up at the airport varies depending on traffic inside the airport, and how many people also going to your area are being picked up.
The uniqueness of SuperShuttle is that you get routed with others going to your part of the city, which means that everyone can have a more convenient trip, and benefit from our affordable prices.

Going to the Airport

The van will normally arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. If your pickup time is 10:00 am, the van will typically arrive between 10:00 am and 10:15 am. Please make sure that you are completely ready to go at your scheduled pickup time so that you will not keep other passengers waiting!

Luggage

Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. If you have more than 2 checked bags and one carry-on, if your luggage exceeds 50 pounds, or if you will be carrying large objects such as surfboards or golf clubs, extra fees may be applicable.
