Our fleet of owner-operated vans is available to safely, courteously, and comfortably transport you to and from DIA.

Airport Arrival Info:
To easily purchase a ticket at the airport, our counter is located across the "Tourist Information" booth.
If you have already purchased an e-Ticket, after gathering your luggage preside to
DOOR 505 on the east side or DOOR 512 on the west side of the terminal on LEVEL 5.
Once outside, our vans should be waiting for you at ISLAND 3.

Important Notes About Big Sky Shuttle Reservations

Leaving the Airport

We encourage you to make advanced reservations from the airport as this will help us better serve you and expedite your travel. Due to airport security, traffic conditions and other travel variables your reservation does not mean there will be a van waiting for you at the curb.

When you have your luggage, please inform our staff that you are ready to go. Then you will be routed with other travelers going in your direction, and the next available van going to your area will be sent to pick you up.

The amount of time it takes to pick you up at the airport varies depending on traffic inside the airport, and how many people also going to your area are being picked up.
The uniqueness of Big Sky Shuttle is that you get routed with others going to your part of the city, which means that everyone can have a more convenient trip, and benefit from our affordable prices.

Going to the Airport

The van will normally arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. If your pickup time is 10:00 am, the van will typically arrive between 10:00 am and 10:15 am. Please make sure that you are completely ready to go at your scheduled pickup time so that you will not keep other passengers waiting!

Luggage

Our luggage policy closely follows that of airlines. If you have more than 2 checked bags and one carry-on, if your luggage exceeds 50 pounds, or if you will be carrying large objects such as surfboards or golf clubs, a $10 per item excess baggage charge may apply.

Car Seats and Pets

In many cities, children under 4 are not permitted aboard the van without a car seat. Also, different cities have different policies regarding pets. Please call (877) 716-2520 for special instructions for your city regarding car seats or transporting your pet on a Big Sky Shuttle van

If your flight is delayed you will still have a reservation on the next departing shuttle.

Please present your web ticket to an Airport Shuttle Dock Representative after you have retrieved your baggage.

Important Notes About Shuttle Reservations

• Service is available on a continuous basis with vans departing approximately every 30 minutes.

• For Departure Reservations, please call 504-522-3500 no later than 24 hours prior to your flight. Your advance reservation will ensure your timely departure from the Airport.

• Domestic flights require passengers to arrive 2-hour prior to flight departure.

• International flights require passengers to arrive 3-hours prior to flight departure.

• If purchasing your ticket(s) at the Airport, proceed to the baggage claim area on the ground level. After you have retrieved your luggage, proceed to the Airport Shuttle Ticket Desk, located across from baggage claim areas 3, 6 and 12.

Cancellations

Shuttle Tickets are non-refundable.

Luggage

• Our luggage policy is three (3) average sized pieces per person as per airline specifications.

• Oversized or additional luggage is subject to an additional fee. (Please Note: Our vehicles cannot handle equipment or large items.)

Car Seats and Pets

Travelers must provide their own child car seats or booster seats. Airport Shuttle does not provide child car or booster seats.
