• We also specialize in group trips and tours of New York City, utilizing both 10 and 7 seat vans and sedans. In fact our discounted fare for group travel into New York City is the lowest of any Shuttle service from all the airports.

Airport Arrival Info:

Passengers arriving at either JFK or LaGuardia Airport are advised to proceed to the “Ground Transportation” counter operated by the Port Authority. These counters are easily identified and are located adjacent to the courtesy phones from which you will be able to speak to our Reservationists by dialing "32". The waiting time for a shared ride is normally 20-25 minutes, while the waiting time on a private ride is 5 minutes.

Leaving the Airport

You get both shared and private rides. Shared Ride usually involves multiple pick-ups from either LaGuardia (LGA), John F. Kennedy (JFK) and Newark Liberty (EWR) airports and multiple door to door drop offs throughout Westchester County. As a result, it provides the passenger with the most economical way to travel, but may require extra travel time.

Shared door to door service is also provided from Westchester County to all three airports. Please note that shared ride service between Westchester County and EWR Airport is normally routed through our hub at LGA Airport. When opting for share ride service to the airport, please inform our Reservationist of your flight time and also remember to allow enough time if there are multiple pick-ups in Westchester County.

For passengers arriving at the airport requiring shared service to Westchester County, the waiting time may vary from 5 to 25 minutes.

Private rides are available to all points in Westchester County. This type of service is usually recommended for passengers traveling in groups of five and more or a passenger who wants to avoid the multiple pick-ups and drop-offs associated with the shared ride service.

For passengers arriving at JFK, LGA and Newark and wanting private service, the waiting time is usually less than five 5 minutes. Please keep in mind that our vehicles typically seat 10 passengers even though we have sedans that seat 7 passengers.

Going to the Airport

The van will normally arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled pickup time. If your pickup time is 10:00 am, the van will typically arrive between 10:00 am and 10:15 am. Please make sure that you are completely ready to go at your scheduled pickup time so that you will not keep other passengers waiting!

Luggage

Each passenger is allowed 2 standard sized suitcases and a carry-on.

Car Seats and Pets

We use 10 seat vans and 7 seat sedans.  Pets are allowed but only on a private ride arrangement and they must be caged.  We provide wheelchair service but 24 hours notice is required.  For children, parents must supply their own car seats.

Reservation Details and Other Facts

Ideally 24 hours notice for shared ride reservations and a minimum of 3 hours for private rides is required. Early morning pick-ups must be reserved by 7pm on the previous evening. Generally speaking, the further you are from the airport and the earlier your pick-up time, the more notice we need. Last minute calls are not usually encouraged but we will still try to accommodate them.

Shared rides are available only from 5am to 11pm daily. For pick-ups at other times a "private ride" arrangement has to be made which will include a $20.00 surcharge. Shared ride drop offs are based on the distance from the airport. Closer drop off points are usually done first.  Additional pick ups and drop offs can be arranged with an additional charge for each stop.

You can choose a particular driver but the final decision is based on the driver's availability.

The passenger is not required to pay tolls on shared rides but is responsible for all tolls on private rides.

No, gratuity is not included in the fare and is left to the discretion of the passenger. The normal gratuity amount is 15-20%.
